You will also get a chance to be at the heart of one of the most vibrant basketball clubs in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for people who have an interest in:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Non-Playing Roles Development:<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encouraging members into non-playing and non-coaching roles such as referees, table officials, statisticians, and administrators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping arrange information \/ training \/ certification pathways for non-playing\/coaching roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting non-playing opportunities within the club.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assising in recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helping establish recognition programs to retain volunteers in non-playing and coaching roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Inclusion and Diversity:<\/em><\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and promote initiatives that ensure the club is accessible and welcoming to individuals with special needs and from diverse backgrounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managw the club\u2019s inclusion and diversity policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you think you might be able to assist on any of the above, please do get in touch with us at <a href=\"mailto:moycullenbc@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moycullenbc@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Interested in meeting new people and volunteering some time but don&#8217;t have a basketball background?
