The u18 girls were in Virginia, Cavan the weekend of 11\/12 November under the watchful eye of their North American Coaches Grant Olsson and Katherine Ivey, to compete in the u18 National Cup. They faced off against Cavan Eagles, Cobh and Belfast Star in the group phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite some excellent performances, the girls were unlucky to come away without a win from the three games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “graduating seniors” Jenny McDonagh and Sophia Carpenter led the side particularly well throughout what was still a very enjoyable weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
