Welcome to the website of Cumann Cispheile Mhaigh Cuilinn (Moycullen Basketball Club), one of Ireland’s largest and most successful basketball clubs. We are based in the parish of Maigh Cuilinn and serve the wider Galway basketball community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The club is run entirely by volunteers and we appreciate all sponsorship and donations that help bring basketball to the area! If you would like to donate, be it large or small, it would most certainly be appreciated and can be done via our button below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1966 the club has a rich history and we have teams from our U8 Boys and Girls “R\u00f3gair\u00ed \u00d3ga” group right up to Senior Men and Women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had the honour of being the first ever Galway club to enter the Superleague (Ireland’s top tier of senior basketball) when our men’s side made the leap in 2009. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The club has been recognised by Basketball Ireland as \u201cClub of the Year\u201d in 1997, 2000 and 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
